During the screening process some of our quality criteria includes: Criminal search nationally (NCRL), but we go the extra step and check county by county on prior addresses for each employee. National Sexual Offender Search, Global Watch Alert and we keep going; we also search social security, drivers license, child support. When they have resided outside the country, that does not stop us, we work with embassies abroad to locate records and get those backgrounds cleared for you.
